2. What we do
1h1app Webs is a subscription website builder for small businesses: editor, hosting, domain, forms, bookings, menu, shop, blog and employee clock-ins. We also publish a free blog and maintain the Pro access (coaching sessions). The contract terms are in the Terms of Service.
The websites our customers publish with 1h1app (at 1h1app.com addresses or on their own domains) belong to each customer: the customer is their owner and the person responsible for them. We host them.
3. Use of this website
Browsing 1h1app.com makes you a user and means you accept this notice. You undertake to use the website and its contents lawfully and not to attempt to damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform or to other people's accounts.
4. Intellectual property
The code, design, templates, texts, images and the 1h1app brand belong to Antonio Rodríguez or are used under licence. They may not be copied or reused without written permission, except where the law allows it (quotation, private use). Blog articles may be linked to and quoted with attribution.
The content customers upload to their websites is theirs. If you believe a website hosted with us infringes your rights, write to hola@1h1app.com with the link and an explanation, and we will review it.
5. Liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the information accurate and the service working, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors. We are not liable for damage arising from misuse of the website. Links to third-party sites are provided as a convenience: we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
As regards customers' websites, we act as a hosting provider (art. 16 LSSI): we are not liable for their content unless we have actual knowledge that it is unlawful and fail to act to remove it.

7. Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute is resolved by the courts of your place of residence.
