This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version governs and prevails if the two differ.
In short: at 1h1app there are no tracking or advertising cookies. Only the ones needed for you to log in to your account. That is why we do not ask for your consent: the law (art. 22.2 LSSI) does not require it for technical cookies.
1. What a cookie is
A small piece of data the website stores in your browser so it can recognise you on the next request. Without it, you would have to identify yourself again every time you loaded a page.
2. The cookies we use
- sid — keeps your session in the 1h1app Webs panel and the Pro access. First-party, necessary, expires after 30 days. It is flagged as secure (HTTPS only) and cannot be read by scripts on the page.
- asid — the same for the 1h1app administration panel. Only we have it.
- eid — if you are an employee of a business that uses 1h1app's clock-ins and you log in to its team page, this cookie keeps your employee session for 30 days. It is independent of the website owner's session.
None of them is used to follow you across other websites or for advertising. There are no third-party cookies on 1h1app.com.
3. What we store in the browser that is not a cookie
- cookie-choice (localStorage): remembers that you have already seen the cookie notice so we do not show it again. It is not sent to the server.
- Editor preferences (localStorage): the language you choose, the writing tone and whether you have completed the first-website guide. They stay in your browser.
- On our customers' websites, a marker in sessionStorage prevents the same visit from being counted twice while you have the tab open. It disappears when you close the tab and does not identify anyone.
4. Statistics without cookies
To know how many people visit us we use no cookies and do not store your IP: the server computes a code that changes every day and does not allow you to be recognised the next day. This is explained in detail in the Privacy Policy.
5. Stripe cookies when you pay
When you pay, we take you to a Stripe page. There, Stripe may use its own cookies, on its own domain, to process the payment and prevent fraud, under its policy. The same happens on our customers' websites when one of their customers pays for a booking or an order.
6. How to delete them
From your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge: "Privacy" → "Cookies and site data") you can view and delete the cookies of 1h1app.com. You can also log out from the panel, and the sid cookie stops being valid. If you block cookies, you will not be able to log in to your account; the rest of the website keeps working.
