Twenty-five minutes: full examination, weight, teeth, ears and all the questions you've got saved on your phone. If a test is needed, we do it here.
Consultations, vaccines, same-day lab work and surgery with monitored anaesthesia. There are four of us and you always see the same vet, the one who already knows your animal.
First visit for a newly adopted puppy: free of charge.

These prices cover the visit and what happens in it. Any test or treatment is explained, with its price, before we do it.

Rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets and birds are seen by Lucía on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Bring them in their carrier, with their food, and don't change their diet that morning.
We don't sell food or accessories: we'd rather your money went on what your animal actually needs.
We opened in 2015 with a borrowed examination table. Today we're two vets, one vet and one nurse, and we still see the dogs that walked in as puppies that first summer.
We work by appointment so the waiting room never fills up: a nervous dog surrounded by cats helps nobody. If your animal struggles, say so when you book and we'll give you the first slot of the morning, when the place is quiet.

No stock photography: this is what you'll actually find when you walk in.
Always by appointment. The midday emergency slots can't be booked: they're kept for whatever walks in unannounced.
Closed on public holidays. From 10 to 24 August we open mornings only.
From 8:30 pm to 9:30 am and on Sundays there's a vet on call. Tell them what's happening and they'll say whether to come now, whether it can wait until tomorrow, or what to do on the way. If the clinic has to be opened, they open it.
Poisoning, heatstroke, a road accident or a birth that isn't progressing: none of that waits until tomorrow.

Tell us what's wrong and when suits you. We'll confirm by phone within two working hours.
If your question isn't here, write to us and we'll add it.
A general consultation is €35 and includes a full examination. If a test is needed we tell you the price before doing it and you decide. The first visit for a newly adopted puppy is free.
The first at 6-8 weeks, the second three weeks later and rabies from three months, which is compulsory in Aragón. Then a yearly booster. We send a WhatsApp reminder every time one is due.
Yes, there's always a phone on call. Ring +34 600 000 000: the vet decides with you whether the clinic needs opening or whether it can wait. The on-call visit is €60 on top of whatever is done.
That's normal. Book the first slot of the morning, leave the carrier out at home two days before with one of their blankets inside, and cover it with a towel on the way. If it's still awful, tell us: there are ways to lower their stress before the visit.
Yes. Surgery over €300 can be split over three months interest free, and the quote is fixed: if things get complicated, you don't pay for it.
Still not sure?
Write to usTwo streets from the park, with a wide pavement to set the carrier down while you open the car.
To book, send us a report from another clinic or ask about a quote. We answer the same working day. If it's an emergency, don't write: call.
