The counter
You choose the grams and the cut, and you pay for the exact weight, just like at the counter scale.
We cut by hand, so the weight can vary by a few grams. You're charged for what you ordered; if it comes out noticeably less, we refund the difference the same day.

Roasting bundle

- 1.2 kg marinated ribs

Stew bundle

- 300 g beef shin
- 1 ham bone and 1 knuckle bone
- 2 chorizos and 2 Logroño blood sausages

Christmas pre-orders
Suckling lamb and suckling pig, ordered in advance and picked up on the day you say.
Whole suckling lamb
Between 4.5 and 5.5 kg
From Ortigosa de Cameros, butterflied for roasting, with the potatoes cut too if you like.
Suckling pig
Between 4 and 5 kg
From Segovia, opened flat. Five days' notice needed.
Stuffed capon
Between 3 and 3.5 kg
Stuffed with prunes, dried apricots and minced meat. We make it the day before.
Pick up at Vara de Rey 41 on the day you choose, from 9 am.
When a day's quota is full, that day can no longer be chosen.
Type the Payments product number on each item to charge for it. For lamb or suckling pig, set the product type to "piece" with its minimum and maximum weight: the maximum is charged and the difference refunded when weighed.
