How long does delivery take?
48 hours in mainland Spain for orders placed before 2:00 pm. Balearics, 72 hours. We don't ship fresh products to the Canaries.
How do fresh products travel?
In an insulated box with gel packs that last 36 hours. Orders with cheese or sliced beef always ship Monday or Tuesday.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days. If it's food and already opened, we still refund you when the reason is quality.
Do you make corporate hampers?
Yes, from ten units, with a personalised card and a single invoice. Order three weeks ahead at Christmas.
