The house

Twenty-eight years with the same head cook

Rosa Ferrer opened in 1998 with six tables and the menu handwritten every morning. Today there are fourteen tables, her son in the dining room and the same habit: the menu is written after the market run.

We buy fish at the Málaga auction, meat from a farm in Ronda and oil from a mill in Alhaurín. Nothing travels more than a hundred kilometres.
