New flooring laid over the old one when possible, skimming over textured walls and painting. Room by room if you need to keep living there.

Enclosing a terrace, taking down a partition, changing a window, fixing damp or hanging a door. One or two-day jobs.
These prices are a starting point, not a price list: the fixed quote comes out of the site visit, with your actual measurements and materials.

Do you charge for the visit and the quote?Money
No. We come round, measure and send you a written quote free of charge. If you go with someone else, no hard feelings.
Can I stay in the flat during the works?Works
With a single bathroom it's awkward but doable: we keep the toilet connected most days. For a full refit it's better not to. We'll tell you straight at the visit.
What if something turns up when you lift the floor?Money
We stop, show you photos and send you the extra cost in writing before carrying on. A new line never shows up on the final invoice.
How do I pay?Money
A deposit at the start for materials, a payment halfway through and the rest on handover, once you've checked it and you're happy. Always a proper invoice with VAT.
Do you handle the permits?Paperwork
We prepare the paperwork and file it at the town hall for you. Council fees are paid by the owner and are not included in the quote.
Do you have insurance and properly registered trades?Paperwork
Write in your insurer and public liability policy number here, plus the registered installer numbers of the plumber and electrician who work with you. If you don't have them yet, delete this question: better to say nothing than something you can't show.
