Dog grooming in central Málaga

One dog at a time, no cages and no rush

Bath, breed cut and de-shedding by appointment. Your dog is the only one in the room while it's their turn, and they leave dry, brushed and without three hours stuck in a crate.

  • An hour and a half per dog, on average
  • No cage dryers
  • Breed cuts and clipper work

Always by appointment: we don't take drop-offs to collect in the afternoon.

What we do for your dog

The price depends on size and coat condition, not on the day's whim. The table below breaks it down by size.

Bath and conditioning

from €22

Double shampoo suited to the coat, a mask if it needs one, hand drying and brushing. Ears, nails and pads included.

Book

Breed cutMost booked

from €32

Schnauzer, westie, cocker, poodle, yorkie, bichon. We do the breed cut, or whatever you prefer, but we'll tell you which one will hold its shape longest.

Book

De-shedding

from €38

For German shepherds, huskies, labradors and anything that leaves hair all over the house. We pull out the dead undercoat with rakes and a blaster: weeks with less hair on the sofa.

Book

Hygiene trim

€18

Face, feet, sanitary area and pads, leaving the rest of the coat alone. For between full grooms, and for older dogs who can't take a long session.

Book

A puppy's first timeUp to 6 months

€15

A short half hour: water, the sound of the dryer, the table and a treat. Almost nothing gets cut. It's so the second time they walk in without fear.

Book

Emergency de-matting

assessed at the door

Months-old matted knots. We assess first: if pulling the mat would hurt, we clip it off and explain why, without drama and without charging extra.

Send a photo on WhatsApp

If your dog bites or had a bad time at another groomer, say so when booking. It's fine: we split it into two short sessions.

Who looks after you

Nine years cutting dog hair and not one day with two at once

I started in a city-centre salon where five dogs waited their turn and two cage dryers ran all day. When I opened my own place I knew the one thing there wouldn't be: rush.

Here one dog comes in, gets done and goes home. That's why there's a two-week waiting list, and why you can stand at the door and watch if it's the first time and it's you who's nervous, not them.

  • A drop-off and pick-up time, so they're not left waiting
  • No cage dryers and no sedation, ever
  • I send you a photo when we finish, before you set off

A matted dog is twice the work: that's why it's assessed at the door and never afterwards.

The usual questions

How long does it take?

Between one hour and two and a half depending on size and coat. I give you the pick-up time when I confirm and I stick to it: no dogs hanging around here.

Can I stay and watch?

The first time, yes, from the doorway. After that it's better not to: most dogs behave worse when their person is watching.

My dog is very matted, are you going to shave them?

It depends how bad they are. If the mat is stuck to the skin, brushing it out hurts and breaks the skin: in that case we clip it off and I explain before touching anything. Send me a photo on WhatsApp and I'll tell you without you leaving home.

Do you work with older or fearful dogs?

Yes, and we split it into two short sessions instead of one long one. We don't use sedation, and no muzzle unless you bring one and ask for it.

Do you need the vaccination record?

Yes, up to date. A lot of dogs come through here in a week and it's the only way to make sure nobody takes home something they didn't arrive with.

Can I just get the nails done?

Yes, €8 and no appointment: drop by in the afternoon and if my hands are free we do it on the spot.
