Trading terms
No small print: carriage, lead times, payment terms and areas. If something doesn't fit your business, let's talk.
Carriage
- Carriage paid on orders over €600 (excl. VAT).
- Below that, €12 to €28 depending on the zone.
- Delivery to the loading bay or shop door; no carrying upstairs.
- Full pallets need unloading agreed the day before.
Lead times
- Orders placed before 17:00 leave the next day.
- 24 h in Málaga city, 48 h across the province.
- 72 h in the rest of Andalusia.
- Made-to-order items: 7 to 15 days, confirmed in writing.
Payment terms
- First order: bank transfer upfront.
- From the third order: direct debit at 30 days.
- Card and Bizum up to €1,500.
- 2% discount for payment within 7 days.
Returns and claims
- Report breakages or shortages within 24 h with a photo of the delivery note.
- We collect and replace free of charge if the mistake is ours.
- Chilled products can't be returned.
- Returnable packaging is credited on your next order.

Do you sell to the public?
No. We only supply registered companies and sole traders with a valid VAT number. That's what lets us keep warehouse prices.
How long does the account take?
Under 24 working hours. We check the VAT number, assign you a rep and email you the full price list.
Can I mix references in one box?
The standard format is the full box. For weekly customers we prepare mixed boxes of ten references of your choice, with a €4 surcharge per box.
What if something arrives broken?
Tell us within 24 hours with a photo of the delivery note and the package. We replace it on the next round free of charge, no arguments, if the mistake is ours.
Do you offer 30-day terms from the start?
The first order is paid upfront. From the third one, with payments up to date, we move to direct debit at 30 days.
Do you stock organic and gluten-free?
Yes, around 180 certified references. They're flagged in the price list and their datasheets are in the downloads section.
