Post-build cleaning

Debris removed, grout haze off, stickers off glass and frames, and a final pass so the property is ready to move into.
Hourly cleaning at home
from €16/hour
Two, three or four hours, on the day you choose. Always the same person, on a proper contract and registered for social security. We don't send whoever happens to be free.
These prices are indicative: they depend on floor area, frequency and whether there's a garage or a lift. The fixed quote comes out of the visit.
Why you can trust us
Letting someone into your building or your office is an act of trust. Here are four things you can check for yourself before hiring us.
Regular staff, not a rota
Each building has its own assigned cleaner, on a proper contract and registered for social security. If someone's off, we warn you before sending anyone new.
Public liability insurance
Write in your insurer, policy number and cover here, and offer to show the up-to-date receipt. If you haven't taken out a policy yet, delete this block: better to say nothing than something you can't show.
References you can phone
We give you the phone numbers of two property managers and an office we clean. Call them before you decide: that's what they're for.
Signed job sheet
Every visit leaves a sheet with the date, arrival and departure times and the tasks done. In buildings it goes on the noticeboard; in offices it's emailed.
And one more: we don't ask for a lock-in. If you're unhappy one month, you say so and that's that, with no penalty.

Before day one you know who'll be coming into your building: name, face and their supervisor's phone number.

After thirty days we sit down and adjust whatever's needed: times, tasks or frequency. At no extra cost.
How it looks
Replace these photos with your own buildings and offices, with the client's permission. One photo of a hall before and after is worth ten sentences.
Swap these photos for your own jobs: nothing sells better.

Is there a minimum term?Contract
No. One month's written notice and that's it, with no penalty. If we have to tie you in to keep you, we're doing something wrong.
Do you bring your own products and machines?Equipment
Yes, everything's included in the price: products, cloths, mops and machines. All we ask for is a socket and somewhere to leave the trolley.
Who comes into my building?Staff
The same person every week, on a proper contract and registered for social security. We give you their name before we start and their supervisor's phone number.
What if one day it isn't up to scratch?Quality
Call or send a photo and we come back and redo it at no charge. If it happens again, we change the cleaner: no arguments.
Can you come outside office hours?Hours
Yes. We start at 7:00 and go up to 22:00. After that there's a surcharge, and it's written into the quote.
Are you insured?Paperwork
Write in your insurer and public liability policy number here, and offer to show the up-to-date receipt. If you haven't taken out a policy yet, delete this question.
