Is the valuation really free?

Yes. We visit the property, compare it with real closings in the area and send you a report within 48 hours, with no obligation to instruct us.

Do you work on an exclusive basis?

We prefer a six-month exclusive because it lets us invest in photography, floor plans and advertising, but we also take open instructions.

What costs does the buyer face?

In Cantabria, roughly 10% of the price in taxes, notary and land registry. We break it down in writing before the deposit.

Do you help with the mortgage?

We work with an independent broker who negotiates with four banks at once. We take no commission for that.
