Incoterms, payment and paperwork
How a deal closes with us, step by step and with no surprises at customs.
Incoterms
- EXW Algeciras warehouse if you bring your own forwarder.
- FOB Algeciras: our usual way of working.
- CIF destination port with freight and insurance included.
- DAP door to door within the European Union.
Documents we issue
- Commercial invoice and packing list with weights and dimensions.
- Certificate of origin and EUR.1 for preferential agreements.
- Export health certificate per shipment.
- Lab analysis per batch and halal certificate where applicable.
Payment
- 30% by transfer on confirmation, 70% against a copy of the B/L.
- Irrevocable letter of credit from €40,000.
- Deals in euros; dollars with exchange cover.
- No cash on delivery or deferred payment on a first shipment.
Lead times and liability
- 14 days from order to loading with stock available.
- We book vessel space on order confirmation.
- Goods are insured up to the incoterm point.
- Any issue on arrival must be claimed within 7 days with photos.

What buyers abroad ask us before their first container.
Can I mix producers in one container?
Yes, that's exactly what we do. The minimum is one pallet per reference; we consolidate and issue a single invoice.
Do you work with letters of credit?
Yes, irrevocable and confirmed by a Spanish bank, from €40,000. Below that we work with 30% upfront and 70% against a copy of the B/L.
Who pays freight and insurance?
It depends on the incoterm. Under FOB Algeciras you arrange it; under CIF we include it in the offer and hand you the policy.
Can you label in my language?
Yes. We translate and apply your market's legal label in our warehouse before loading, free of charge from one pallet per reference.
How long do samples take?
Five working days by courier. Alcohol samples need extra paperwork and take ten.
Do you export wine and spirits?
Yes, with a movement document and alcohol licence. We need the importer's authorised warehousekeeper number.
Shall we build your first container?
Tell us which products you want and to which port. We'll send an offer, a loading plan and a schedule within 48 working hours.
