Two treatment rooms, a small gym and no rush
We opened in 2019 with a simple idea: one session, one patient, fifty minutes. No three tables at once and no machines running while the physio is in another room.
Every treatment ends with home exercises recorded on video and explained one by one.

Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can come directly. If you bring scans or a report, even better: it saves time in the first visit.
Do you work with health insurers?
We have agreements with Adeslas, Sanitas, DKV and Asisa. For the rest we issue an invoice for you to submit.
Does dry needling hurt?
It's uncomfortable for a few seconds and leaves a stiff feeling for a day. We never apply it without explaining it and getting your consent.
How many sessions will I need?
We give you an honest estimate at the first visit. It's usually between three and six; if you're not improving, we refer you on.
