The factory
From the boat to the tin without leaving the province
We buy at the Barbate and Conil fish auctions, less than twenty kilometres from the factory. The fish arrives in the morning, is cleaned by hand and packed the same day.
We work for retail brands, gourmet shops and exporters. We'll run 3,000 tins with your label just as happily as a full container with ours.

Production run
We book the line, buy fish at auction and produce with your batch number.

Delivery
Shrink-wrapped pallet, delivery note with batch numbers and analysis certificates in the folder.

If your volume is smaller, we'll sell you our own brand and label it for you.
Manufacturing terms
What we sign on every private-label project.
Orders and runs
- Minimum run of 3,000 units per reference.
- Production tolerance of ±5% on the order.
- We invoice what's actually produced.
- Line booking two weeks in advance.
Payment
- 40% on confirming the run, 60% before leaving the factory.
- Repeat customers: 60 days from invoice.
- Set-up cost for a new reference is invoiced separately.
- Prices firm for 60 days from the offer.
Delivery
- Ex-works Barbate by default; CIP or DAP on request.
- Shrink-wrapped euro pallets, labelled with batch and best-before dates.
- Consolidation in Algeciras for sea freight.
- Loading booked 48 hours in advance.
Quality and liability
- We keep a reference sample of every batch for its full shelf life.
- Histamine and heavy-metal analysis per batch.
- €3M product liability insurance.
- Customer audits arranged with 15 days' notice.

What's the real minimum order?
3,000 units per reference and format. That's what it costs to stop the line, clean it and start it with your product.
Can you use my recipe?
Yes. We sign an NDA, trial it as a sample and adjust the process. The recipe stays yours.
Who handles the label?
Whatever you prefer: we design it or we print yours. Either way we check the mandatory legal information.
How long does the first run take?
Six to eight weeks from sample and label approval. Later runs take four weeks.
Can I visit or audit the factory?
Yes, with fifteen days' notice. We host customer and certification audits every year.
Do you export outside the EU?
Yes: the United States, Japan and Switzerland. We handle the export health certificate and destination-country labelling.
