We look at the whole board
Not just the breaker that trips. Often the problem is three circuits away, and fixing only what you can see works out dearer.
We put it in writing
What needs replacing, what can wait and what each thing costs. You choose the order; we don't decide for you.
We label every circuit
With its own label: kitchen, washing machine, hall lights. Next time it trips, you'll know what you plugged in.
We test it and show you
We measure the earth and test the RCD in front of you. If a reading isn't what it should be, we say so.
If your installation needs a certificate to get the supply connected or to increase the contracted power, mention it when asking for the quote and we'll tell you whether we can issue one.

Can you issue the electrical certificate?Paperwork
The certificate is signed by an installer registered with the regional authority. Put your number and category here if you have one; if you don't, say plainly that you don't issue it and that you work with an installer who does.
The power trips whenever I turn on the hob. Is it serious?Faults
Usually not: either your contracted power is too low or the hob shares a circuit with something else. One visit tells us, and it's often fixed the same day.
Can I fit a charger if I live in a flat?EV
Yes. You only have to notify the residents' association in writing; the meeting doesn't have to approve it. We prepare the letter and run the installation from your own meter.
What does a whole new board cost?Price
It depends on how many circuits the flat has and whether we need to chase walls. The usual range is €400 to €900, and the fixed quote comes out of the visit.
Do you work weekends?Hours
Saturday mornings, yes. Sundays only if the whole flat has lost power.
Do you give a guarantee?Guarantee
One year on labour. Materials carry their manufacturer's guarantee, itemised on the invoice.
