What we sign with every customer when opening an account, in plain words.
Transport
- Spares: carriage paid on orders over €250.
- Equipment: tail-lift delivery, €60 per unit.
- Kerbside delivery; carrying upstairs is quoted separately.
- Old appliance removal included if you tell us when ordering.
Lead times
- Spares in stock: ship the same day if ordered before 16:00.
- Equipment in stock: 3-5 working days.
- Factory orders: 3 to 6 weeks depending on the brand.
- Full kitchen projects: schedule agreed in writing.
Payment and finance
- Equipment: 40% on order, balance before delivery.
- Spares: 30-day direct debit once the account is open.
- Finance over 12, 24 or 36 months through a bank.
- Leasing with maintenance included for chains.
Warranty
- Two years on equipment, one on original spares.
- Warranty covers parts and labour within our area.
- It doesn't cover limescale, misuse or third-party installation.
- We handle the factory claim: you don't call anyone.

What we get asked most before opening an account.
Do you sell to the public?
No. We only work with companies and sole traders in hospitality, installation or technical service.
Why aren't prices published?
Because every customer has their own pricing based on volume and factory agreement. Once your account is open you see your real price, not a shop-window figure.
Can I buy spares only?
Yes. Many of our customers are workshops that only buy spares. The minimum spares order is €60.
Do you install outside Andalusia?
We ship equipment across Spain, but our own installation and service cover western Andalusia and Extremadura.
What if the machine breaks under warranty?
You call us. We come out, fix it and handle the factory warranty. You never speak to the manufacturer.
Do you offer finance?
Yes, over 12, 24 or 36 months through a bank, plus leasing with maintenance included for chains.
