Twelve years recruiting people before helping people choose

I was head of recruitment at two tech companies and watched hundreds of brilliant people sell themselves terribly in interviews. In 2019 I certified as a coach and have worked on the other side of the table ever since.

I'm not going to tell you to follow your passion. I'm going to help you see what you're actually good at, which market pays for it and how to tell it.

What people ask before the first session.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching works with concrete decisions and actions about your career. If in a session I see what you need is therapy, I'll say so and give you contacts.

Does it work by video call?

I've worked online only since 2020. Sessions are recorded if you want and I send notes at the end.

What if it doesn't help?

In the 8-week programme, if halfway through you see it isn't moving forward, I refund the remaining sessions. No questions.
