Is the skin diagnosis really free?
Yes, it takes 30 minutes and includes a Wood's lamp analysis and a written plan. There's no obligation to book anything.
Can I have laser treatment in summer?
Yes, with our diode equipment you can, avoiding direct sun 48 hours before and after and using SPF 50.
Do you work with sensitive skin or rosacea?
Yes. We adapt actives and intensity, and if we see an active flare-up we refer you to a dermatologist before treating.
What if I can't make an appointment?
Let us know 24 hours ahead and we'll move it at no cost. Without notice, half a session is deducted from the pack.
